Great to see my old troop on the Web !
I have fond memories of about 8 or more years of Scouting. Greetings also to Jurie Schuurman and Jeremy Donnelly, who were my first patrol leaders around 1973. Maybe a forum for Old Boys could be added to the web.
Wishing you every success in the future!

A pleasant surprise to find the website of my old Scout troop. I joined in the 60's just before we moved into the new hall in De Villiers avenue. Buzz Macey was the troop leader at the time. I have good memories of my scouting days and I am glad to see 1st Durbanville is doing so well.
